As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first touchpoint for new customers - managing inbound leads, guiding them through our onboarding process (including loan applications), and ensuring every interaction feels effortless and professional.
You’ll play a critical role in converting interest into success stories. Your mission: help customers understand Farmfin, complete their application smoothly, and close deals efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Growth and Operations teams, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound leads through the full sales cycle - from first contact to onboarding completion.
Guide customers through loan applications and platform registration, ensuring a clear, professional, and trustworthy experience.
Qualify leads quickly and accurately, identifying the right opportunities and customer needs.
Provide product education and support, explaining our value proposition clearly and confidently.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and customer handover.
Track and optimize performance metrics - conversion rates, pipeline velocity, customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring every touchpoint is documented and actionable.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights from customer interactions and process bottlenecks.
