As our Partnerships Lead, you will own and scale our partnerships strategy end-to-end. Your mission is to build, launch, and grow a high-impact partner ecosystem that drives distribution, demand, and long-term growth.
You will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, ranging from financial intermediaries to agriculture-focused platforms, advisory firms, dealerships, associations, and other ecosystem players. You’ll design partnership models, align incentives, and work cross-functionally to ensure partnerships translate into real business outcomes.
You will work closely with the founders, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own our partnerships strategy as a core pillar of our go-to-market approach.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across financial services and the agricultural ecosystem.
Build and manage end-to-end partnerships - from initial outreach and deal structuring to onboarding, launch, and scaling.
Design win-win partnership models (commercial, operational, and technical) that align incentives and drive measurable results.
Collaborate with Product and Operations to ensure seamless partner integration and smooth customer journeys.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to activate partners and turn partnerships into a scalable demand channel.
Define and track partnership KPIs (leads generated, conversion, revenue contribution, partner performance).
Act as the primary relationship owner for key partners, building trust and long-term collaboration.
Continuously refine the partner program based on performance data, feedback, and market learnings.
